What is your role at KM&A?

I’m the director of services. On a day-to-day basis, I’m leading the services team and working with our account team to ensure that we are in line with our clients’ goals, objectives and budget.

How long have you worked for KM&A?

I’ve been here since October 2018.

Before working at KM&A, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?

I helped execute two Super Bowl events for Verizon Wireless and the NFL.

What is the proudest moment at KM&A?

I won “Best Taste” during our Fourth of July cocktail contest!

What’s the most challenging part of your job?

It’s probably learning how to handle urgent client requests. I have to take into consideration how our team is going to divide and conquer everything that has to get done.

What is your favorite quote?

“Where people aren’t having any fun, they seldom produce good work.”

Office nickname?

The Whit. I give more nicknames: Mr. Jerry, Sweet T…

How do you define success?

Success is having the opportunity to work with a client, evaluate and then determine what they need to meet their goals and objectives. It’s then being able to work with the team to evaluate our efforts and show our value.

What’s your coffee shop drink of choice?

A cup of Tinker Street coffee or a Spanish latte from Kaffeine.

What’s your favorite moment at KM&A?

Probably when Katie Foley did the cinnamon challenge.

Clustertruck order?

I have two. Depending on the day, I’ll either get the spicy chickpea bowl with sriracha sauce or buffalo mac and cheese.

What are three words to best describe you?

“I nice person.”

Where is the next place on your travel list?

Morocco, Bali and Croatia.

What is one thing that most people do not know about you?

I’m completely obsessed with ET. I even have a bedroom dedicated to ET memorabilia.

What was the best concert you ever attended?

Langhorne Slim, but it’s very specific because I’ve seen him 25 times. My favorite show was at the Codfish Hollow Barnstormers in Maquoketa, Iowa. Then, Pearl Jam at Bonnaroo.
