  • Surfin’ Endress+Hauser: Hospitality Event

A hybrid event with over 1,500 attendees joining both online and in person at four locations across the nation … that’s the definition of a challenge. This particular event’s agenda is jam-packed with inspiring presentations, educational sessions and even a special keynote from a motivational athlete. So, when all that excitement is paired with the innate logistical difficulties surrounding a hybrid environment, how does KM&A lead event production in a way that is cohesive and engaging for everyone tuning in?

  • Riello Country: In-Person Sales Conference

Riello, a word-of-mouth referral from a client, reached out to KM&A for assistance in planning and executing their first ever National Sales Conference. This task challenged us with everything from the creative theming and assets to the hotel destination and award trophies – keeping a strict established budget in mind. Another challenge piece for us to keep in mind included a block of international Riello executives who would be in attendance.  We needed to ensure communication was effective across culture and language.

  • Dallara IndyCar Experience: In-Person Networking Event

Our client envisioned an event that would draw their attendees to a single, immersive space. Their goal was to create a casual and welcoming atmosphere that fostered meaningful connections. Additionally, they wanted to provide a unique activity where customers could unwind while staying engaged after a long day at The Work Truck Show, hosted by NTEA.

  • Coast 2 Coast: Hybrid Event Management

This production takes the title of “Coast to Coast” literally. During this event, we used pulse points, already–existing client offices in various cities, to bring employees together for a turn-key hybrid event. The client’s goal was to show the power of connection through a variety of informative sessions with captivating speakers in just two days while seamlessly transitioning between locations. The challenge for KM&A was to make that goal a reality.

  • United: In-Person Networking Conference

The goal of MRINetwork United was to bring together leaders and learners for a four-day networking and learning conference. During this event, attendees learned about all things related to the best practices of business. The KM&A team was challenged with the task of coordinating and running a content-packed conference and awards banquet. Implementing a focus of engagement and connecting over 350 people tests even the best event planners – good thing we are prepared for a challenge!

  • Joe’s Butcher Shop: Rebrand

  • Google Ads: Joe’s Butcher Shop

When our client, Joe’s Butcher Shop, a local one-stop-shop in Carmel, IN, reached out for help with its Thanksgiving turkey sales, we gobbled up the opportunity to help. Not only was the store facing challenges from COVID-19’s impact, but they were also facing environmental factors ... to be more specific, a pack of killer raccoons who hungered for turkeys (more on that here). In order to market Joe’s farm-fresh turkeys, we had to ask ourselves, what’s the best way to strategically target Thanksgiving turkey buyers in Carmel, IN as well as surrounding locations while also increasing in-store and online sales?

2020 forever transformed the way consumers interact with their favorite brands, and studies show these trends are here to stay. • In-Person Event Management: MRINetwork®

As we have all seen, the pandemic has caused a lot of uncertainty and concern surrounding groups of people gathering. Due to this, the event world has stayed cautious and continued to utilize virtual events. However, virtual events don’t hold the same registration levels, engaged attendees and the same “wow factor” as an in-person event. Additionally, now that we are more aware of how to safely protect ourselves from COVID (with the vaccine, wearing masks, etc.), businesses, event planners and attendees are VERY eager for what’s to come.
  • Social Media Management: Dallara

Dallara is a world-renowned engineering expert that specializes in designing and manufacturing some of the most competitive race cars in the world. Being prominent in both Italy and the U.S., it was easy for them to utilize their social media platforms to maximize their brand awareness. However, their accounts spoke to the European audience and didn’t fit the needs of their already large, but continuously growing United States audience.
